Beta Thalassemia Sequencing Panel, BT SQ 1.1
SMA Exon7_8 Deletion Detection Kit, SMA-Ex7/8 RT 1.1

CEBPA Exon 1 Sequencing Panel, CEBPA SQ 1.1

For in vitro diagnostic use. Intended for professional use only.

The CEBPA gene provides instructions to make a protein called CCAAT-enhancer-binding protein alpha. This protein is a transcription factor, meaning it binds to specific regions of DNA and helps control the activity (expression) of certain genes.

Mutations in the CEBPA gene have been associated with a type of blood cancer called acute myeloid leukemia (AML). These mutations can lead to abnormal proliferation of normal blood cells and disruption of bone marrow function.

CEBPA gene test results help determine the patient's genetic profile and potential risks. Based on the test results, appropriate treatment strategies and monitoring plans can be established.

Remember that CEBPA gene testing should only be requested and interpreted by expert physicians. Understanding any genetic test results and making treatment decisions based on the results require guidance from a healthcare professional.

FEATURES

  • Covers the Exon 1 region of the CEBPA Gene.
  • The kit has extensive coverage with the ability to detect different CEBPA gene variants and carrier states.
  • Reliable results are ensured through the use of superior quality reagents and equipment.
